Simonetti Takes New Position at Kelly Simonetti, a physical therapist, has been named practice team leader to oversee the coordination of rehabilitation services at Chester River Home Care & Hospice. These services include physical, speech and occupational therapies. Simonetti is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, now the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She joined Chester River Home Care & Hospices in December 1998. Before relocating to Chestertown from Pennsylvania, she worked within a large outpatient care agency. Her husband, Paul, is a physical therapist with Chestertown Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Chestertown.The local home care agency provides services for individuals needing care before or after hospitalization or after inpatient rehabilitation. Care is provided in the comfort of the patient's own home and services are based on the individual's needs as directed by their physician. -BACK- |
