Chester River Health Foundation
Introduction
Charitable gifts from individuals, businesses and foundations help to improve the health care of our patients by funding new and replacement medical equipment, contributing to patient and staff education programs and supporting the cost of building new facilities and renovating existing ones.
The Chester River Health Foundation�s mission is to solicit and accept gifts that support
- Chester River Hospital Center in providing compassionate, high-quality and cost-effective health care for the people in our community
- Chester River Manor by making it possible to obtain essential clinical and environmental equipment to help meet the long-term nursing and rehabilitation needs of our area seniors
- Chester River Home Care & Hospice by raising funds to ensure that dignified high-quality care is available to the dying, helping the patient maintain independence during their final days, assuring the patient and the family the best quality of life possible, and enabling families surviving their loved ones to receive bereavement support
