The Intensive Care Unit at Chester River Hospital Center provides constant observation and treatment of the acutely ill patient.

When dangerous medical conditions arise, our Intensive Care Unit is ready. Our 6-bed ICU is completely integrated, giving our doctors immediate access to the latest technology and the sophisticated diagnostic and treatment services, such as advanced monitoring and cardiac equipment.

A full range of support services complements the doctor's efforts. Coordinated response to patient needs is instantly delivered, 24 hours a day.

Family is also recognized as a component of the patient's life and well-being. Visiting hours are tailored to each patient's and family's requirements. Intensive care patients are also assisted in efforts to meet spiritual and family needs.
